The App Doesn’t work.
I downloaded this app and on launch the calendar is blank and the app doesn’t even fit the screen of my iphone 13 Pro. The only button that works is the setting button.

Like the new layout.
Coming from someone who used this in the older versions, it did take me a few minutes to get the new UI figured out, but now it’s smooth sailing. Nice looking back at older workouts, and seeing the color coded main screen.
Exactly what I wanted
This app is exactly what I wanted to take a hold of my fitness routine. No more guess work or fumbling around trying to organize myself on my workout routine. This app keeps me organized and focused on working out. Love this app!
Great App
This app really helps me round out my workouts. It allows me to track my workout and even email them to track progress and target body areas. This app have already help me build muscle and lose weight!

Awesome Update
Love being able to see my progress each day as I work through the 12 weeks. Adding workouts quickly and now it all saves through iCloud instead of needing to log in. Excellent update!

This app is exactly what I needed! I have a workout routine but I really needed a simplified app to keep track of what I get done each day. Plus this app is SO satisfying showing me colors for each group of workouts!! Now I can quickly see at a glance if I’m doing great for the week or need to step up my game!

Glad I only spent .99! I had high hopes that this app would be a quick and easy way to log workouts like it states in the description. This app’s interface is very counterintuitive and the method for entering weight and reps for a workout is very clunky and slow! Simple text boxes would be a better option. Honestly, I could fill out a paper version of my workout much quicker than using this app. I’ve been a programmer for 30 years but I’m not experienced in writing iOS apps. However, I have a digital template created for a workout logging app with the same functionality as this. If you guys are interested, let me know and maybe we can work something out. No hard feelings ... just being honest. This app needs work. Thanks.

No matter what username I try to sign up with, it says it already exists. I would like to use this app. Please advise. Thanks!
I don't want to sign up!
I can't believe I just paid for this app and it is asking me to sign up and log in before it can save my routines. Why would I have to sign up so that I can keep track of my personal exercise program? I don't need to have one more organization that knows my email address and my personal data. I know it's only 99 cents but it's wasted money to me. I'm sure the developers don't care. They got their money. I will not use this app. HA! In fact I can't use this app. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY!!
Useless. App refuses to let me build a profile and says "user already exists"... I've tried 10 different username - password - email address combinations.
Emailed customer service (email is only option). Over a week later I got a short reply that said "will check with the team"... that was a month ago and nothing since!!
