The sound on this app is terrible, I get no sound or shotty sound during my payback. Do not go with liberty.

Not the best app
The app is not really use friendly. It also takes a lot of time for the app to Ipsen the cameras when we get a notification that a person or animal has passed in front of the camera. A lot of times the camera does open, it if it opens it takes almost 3-4 minutes to open. The camera at times do not respond. At times they do not record. The app is very slow overall. Wouldn't recommend this app & Liberty security.

So frustrating to make rules
Its been weeks and hours on the phone trying to get the system to operate like it should. The automation/ rules are brutal to set. I regret getting liberty as their app is impossible to navigate

I have been using Liberty App for the last 5 years and is absolutely great. There is no delay on alert responses.

No point calling monitoring station If building gets broken into , this service is cancelled and visa will be notified plus there’s a snowstorm here
Access code change ??
I cannot find how to change my access code. This is important for security reasons. Where is the information? Someone has access to my home without the alarm going off.
