Wide variety of racing but poor quality video
The variety of racing and commentary is very good, however the quality of video is 480 at best. When we are all used to seeing 1080, going backwards is very noticeable and quite annoying.
Fix the image quality and this is a 4 star app.Gkc112

I downloaded this app expecting the worse considering other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I love the fact you can watch highlights for races from over 50 years ago! Good app & easy to use. 👍Dnddnuednejdnejxmm

Pixelated low resolution garbage on Apple TV
The audacity to charge for videos of such atrocious quality in 2020 is unbelievable. I’m on fibre, so my connection speed is not the issue.
Most of the Racing Series have no videos in them, and if they do, they’re episodes from some unrelated tv series!!
The advertising for this service certainly is deceptive and misleading. I want my subscription refunded.

Unusable
Please don’t pay for this app it’s so bad plain and simple (refund would be epic) but I know it won’t happen, so for a start feel like remembering what you have watched nah who needs that 2020 honest isn’t that like the most simplest thing to do all the other apps know that.
Can’t even set a profile photo without the app crashing the whole phone with a black screen haha honestly what a joke.
Get it right or don’t sell your stuff everyone can deal with a crash or two but put some effort in and get it right.Show lessGTNitrotec09

Missing live links
Once a link has gone live, you can’t access it. It just disappears.Dunks48
Frustrating
Multiple passwords required from Apple store to Motorsport TV which when forgotten are impossible to reset - asks for existing password (which I have forgotten) before allowing me to create new one. And content is patchy to say the least. Avoid.Frogster2457

Normally, the process of resetting a password on iOS is quite simple: just go to your account management dashboard (top right icon) and tap on "Forgot password" and enter your email and tap "Restore". If you have any issue, please send an email to support@motorsport.tv - our team will answer immediately. Regarding the content part, this is up to everyone to judge and it depends on your taste in racing content. We do have 4,000 hours of on demand video and 50 hours of livestream every week. I’ve just updated on iPhone 7 Plus, to your latest update, video plays sound only, no video picture content.
