Horrible Service
I received HORRIBLE service. I ordered on the App and had a store credit of $15 plus a discount on the wines i ordered. When I saw the order completed, they had not applied the discount, so I called the store directly. The guy there started yelling at me that they took one discount off and what was I taking about. When I tried to explain he cut me off and said they didn’t have one of the wines and how do I order without knowing if they have it. It was available on the app. He said we are canceling your order and none of your wines are being delivered and hung up. I called very nicely and this ogre was rude and disrespectful. Using another store near me from now on.Digusted!!
