Bad bad bad
Made me pay twice and then once I had paid didn’t allow us to u lock any of the extra games or features so money wasted. Never again will I get these games for my children.grumpydad93
Requires purchase to use most features
When I downloaded this app (Oct 2021), I was drawn to the fact that it does not list “in app purchases”. This is misleading as most of the activities do require $$. The way they require payment is outside of the App Store which means it does not get listed as requiring purchases. That is why, when purchased, apparently it cannot be shared among devices according to other reviewers. Not cool by Pink phong, but I partially blame the current Apple store design for allowing customers to be mislead this way.Show lessWordsmitten

Bought game
I bought this game for my son who loves pinkfong but he can only play it on my cell phone and not his iPad because only a few games are unlocked on the iPad. I thought if I purchased this game I should be able to use the game even if I’m not connected to wifi. I am so irritated!!!!Corybell1997
Unregulated ad’s
They don’t regulate their ads, so I just literally had my daughter freak out over seeing ad’s for a mature rated graphic content from a game being advertised. Definitely stopped that $10 subscription 👎🏿dd4492
Good App, but a bit miffed
I purchased this item for my son from my IPhone, it is showing the full version on the phone and has access to all the rides. But on the iPad it is not showing as the full version, I have deleted the app and re downloaded and also sign out/in of my Apps and ITunes account and still not showing full version! I have clicked on purchase again and it is trying to charge me £9.99 again to get the full version on iPad! I did this so he could have on iPad so wasn’t on my phone and just won’t work! Be also done the same for ABC Phonics and hoping I don’t have same issues thereShow lessCSU-NSU

I bought this app but nothing is unlocked. When I try to buy again it says it has already been purchased and to restore the account. When I click restore it tells me I didn’t purchase it. This cycle continues over and over.ndranay

FYI my husband and I were going crazy trying to figure out why the purchased app to unlock the entire thing wasn’t showing up between our devices. Went back and deleted, restarted, etc. then went back to the App Store to read the fine print that, although the app can be shared (oh, with the two free games, thanks), we discovered that the in-app purchases CANNOT be shared amongst family sharing. Then please, Pinkfong, tell me what’s the point of family sharing if I can’t share the $10 purchase to my other child’s device??? You’ve got to be kidding me.Show lessJordanMarieT
