So clunky and awful UX
This app is a great lesson in how not to design an app. The UX is all over the place, slow and inconsistent. Functions sometimes work, sometimes don’t. It’s frustrating to use and gopping to look at. I haven’t relegated it to 1 star because it does function at the most basic level, and in theory you shouldn’t need to interact with it too much. But it desperately needs an overhaul by someone who knows how to design and build an app.
EDIT: has now been relegated to 1 star because it keeps losing settings and changing to Permanently Off rather than ‘Timed’ - app is buggy as anything

Very dated WiFi control not compatible with Smartlife. Regularly breaks down and requires sign in despite selecting “keep signed in” on app. So frustrating as each time I have to re-sign it it continually will not hence I cannot reset and connect the device to the app on my phone. Really disappointed with this clunky out of date control, so much so I am thinking of returning it under guarantee and install an ordinary switched spur device plus an additional different WiFi control device like a WiFi light switch since it only controls a low wattage towel rail

Worked well before update
This app I’ve had a while. Worked really well. Though since the update it keeps logging out and not allow me to log back in , without going through password process. It’s becoming a real pain. Even if I tick stay logged in. Thankfully the timer still set so always get hot water but just can’t get on to boost.
Now can’t seem to log onto the app what so ever. And the wifi keeps flashing so now it’s in manual mode and can not get on to change it.
Please sort this issue out as it is a great piece of kit when it works. Unable to find anything that will match it.
