App Crashes
On my iPad Pro 11”, the app consistently crashed upon my attempt to open it. Removing and reinstalling the app allowed for it to open, but it now crashes when I tap the envelope icon that opens the Alarm Manager (poorly named). This didn’t happen until after I set the app to receive motion alerts for several cameras in addition to IVS alerts on one camera. This issue does not happen on my iPad Air 2.
On both of these devices, the app crashes when in live view mode and a push notification comes in. Live view cannot be reacquired for a time period consistent with the expected event recording time.
Playback.
There is no IVS selection so those events don’t register as having happened on the timeline.
When playing back in “All” mode, no events are marked on the timeline and whatever time you scroll to, it consistently jumps backward an average of 4-5 minutes.
When playing back in “Motion Detect” mode, the timeline cannot be scrolled; you can only view in real time.
Live View
When I open to Live View, it’s because I need to view my camera feeds. With only one NVR to choose from, I shouldn’t have to go through three button pushes for those cameras to be displayed. Please allow for a default view to be automatically displayed as soon as we open the app to Live View without the need to push buttons.
