It’s a lie
The app boasts about its offline translate ability but I’ve tested its offline capabilities and the app can not translate offline.
Result 1:
This makes the app unusable in any travel instances unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for roaming data for using the app.
Issue 2:
The app bribes the user to rate it 5 stars for a “free” pro upgrade when it doesn’t do what it advertises.
Result 2:
Making false ratings will make the translator app look as though it works to an appropriate standard when it doesn’t.
It will disappoint people when they realise the faults with the translator app and the rating system can not be trusted with this bribery system in place.
