Love the game
Such a fun game that really takes every aspect of property investing into cosideration, from upgrading properties to rent collection, from lawyers to accountants. Super easy to understand, such a great gamehunterbering314
Meh it has alot of good ground work
The game is fun but there are some minor things that really zap the fun for me and push me away from wanting to play. The sliders when buying land feel completely off and there impossible for me to grab. I have small fingers so i can normally be accurate with my taps but it takes me like 2 minutes of frustration to even get them. I live in the country and theres not alot of places for me to really develop on and i feel like there should be a slightly larger area you can see places from, right now my different location jump up by 10s of thousands. The skill tree is absolutely never shown by the tutorial and because if this i assumed it would come via levels but it takes coins that i spent on cash instead and now i feel like im at a major disadvantage. Im a very competitive play and i am commonly quite adaptable to games and can get good at the quickly but for this it feels like theres no fluctuations in where you buy and there seems to be no possible way for me to really catch up to people except for constant micro management of buying and collecting cashShow lesstoxicaceloki
Best simulation game for business
It was one of the most accurate business/trade game I’ve ever played. Quite interesting and played in real time. Anyone who wants to learn about buying shares can play it.judinson
Cool concept well executed
Basically this is just what I wanted. I’m having tons of fun buying all my favorite haunts. I even took a walk this week just to buy some shares of cool stuff downtown. The ability to send the agent elsewhere in the world is balanced well, so I feel like my actual location is not irrelevant, but I’m also not severely handicapped or helped by it. The waiting game is well balanced. I can log in a few times a day and have something to spend, even when I can’t afford to buy extra coins directly, but it’s tempting. The packages seem reasonably generous in their payouts.
I’m sure trying to leverage this massive amount of data is tricky. The game has some minor lag updating itself at times, some of the artwork feels unfinished, and there are some strange discrepancies like mis-categorized businesses (My local Bowling Alley shows up as a “wellness center”). That’s why I’ve only gone 4 stars, but none of these things affect the ability to play the game.Show lessCRShelton
Super fun game, small changes need
Over the last few days the only game I’ve been playing is landlord go, super fun and addicting. Love waking up and collecting rent and seeing what’s trending. Love the idea behind the game that it uses real world places. Amazing game but still needs some tweaking to make it stand out and just little bit better for those who are playing.
1 thing I would suggest is that there needs to be more info/advice on the FAQ, I found that when i started playing I struggled to understand the game and how to properly play it therefore I turned to the FAQ, it gave me a rough idea on what to do but I think there could be more added such as, some methods used to make money in game, more on how rent works. Also I find it a little annoying that I only have 1 agent, I wish I could use in-game currency to buy more to make it easier building my empire. Finally, When I’m buying lots of properties and I go and buy one on the market I find it hard to find the the right messages under the mail tab. I think something like sub tabs for buying, selling and auction sales would make it a lot easier instead of scrolling up and down to find the right one . However this won’t stop me from playing, just would make it easier and more fun but overall fabulous games, would highly recommend!!!Show lessFlying_Sc0tsman
Great game although there is slow loading
This game is excellent and I enjoy playing it a lot. You slowly build your properties which can take days but this game only needs a visit every few hours or so to collect your money. I enjoy the ability to slowly grow and expand although it may take time to start off. Although something I wish that could be improved on is the loading times as loading can take very long to simply list the properties and giving someone the ability to purchase them. If it is possible could the loading times please be addressed however apart from that this game is amazing.Show lessjylgylugx
Pretty nice
This game is in my opinion a very unique game. One of my friends who recommended it to me and boy was he not wrong about how good this game is. The first thing I like about this game is the Buy property and then upgrade said property. I find it fun and interesting since I am buying businesses that are near me then upgrading them like a boss. The only complaint about that tho is the amount of coins I NEED to have In Oder to upgrade them. Cause boy oh boy does it cost quite a hefty amount of coins. Another thing I like about this game is the bidding. The bidding makes the world feel refresh and reminds you that your not alone and a lot of other players are doing what your doing and want some of them properties. But the only nit pic that I have is that the game can be a little slow in loading the amount of coins you have or the amount of coins it costs to upgrade your. Another thing is that the game can feel a little slow at times and the amount of money you get from properties feels low and at times I’ve had to use the coins I need for upgrading skills to buy money. Could be fun but bugs everywhere.
I enjoy this game but there’s a lot of problems that keep me from spending money on it. 1) collections is supposed to be a %20 buff to my income but when a property is 2m in rent and collections is only awarding me 127k that’s not %20. 2) I bought all upgrades for a property that’s supposed to increase rent by %25 so 2mil rent should be increased by 500k but it’s only increasing my rent by 246k. 3) I’ve leveled 25 times and your supposed to get coins for leveling but when I claim the coins I’ve only actually received the coins a hand full of times. 4) majority of the time I’ll watch ads for coins only to not receive the coins and I’m still sitting at 0/5 ads watched. Thought maybe it’s glitched so I’ll reload the game and watch another ad only to still not receive the coins and counter still hasn’t moved, this one happens ALOT. 5) there’s a few adds that come up that do not allow me to exit out to claim my double rent after being logged out for a while. The “X” would appear in the top left corner of my iPhone XS Max and I cannot click it and I have no choice but to exit the app, when I log back in I can no longer double my rent for the night.Show lessRdavea

Landlord Go is a really in depth game and has a lot of potential. It has a few bugs here and there that effect the overall performance but the developers are pretty onto all the bugs which nice!Dannyboyyy71
Great game and on the go!
This is a great and unique game that uses GPS to allow players to buy properties all over the world. I love it that you can also buy and collect special historical and cultural sites. You can buy properties from your local neighborhood as well as send your agent to other locations to ‘scout’ available properties. I wish the agent can travel much faster - perhaps by plane? - to other countries or continents. This game has the potential to be big!Show lessPoppyheadPro
