Disappointed by Limited Time Signature Options
The app does not allow me to set a metronome to a 6/8 time signature, which is crucial for the song I’m working on. The metronome is stuck on a 4th bar limit, and I can only use shorter time signatures like 3/4. This completely ruins the flow of my project.
I spent hours trying to find a way around this limitation, but it appears the app simply doesn’t support it. For such a well-known DAW, this is a major oversight. If I had known this before purchasing, I would have chosen a different app.
Until this feature is addressed, I cannot recommend Cubase 3 or Music Studio for anyone needing flexibility with time signatures. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and I’m now considering alternatives that actually meet basic music production standards.

As stated before, the "Getting started with Cubasis" tutorial should be of good help to get familiar with Cubasis , and the required steps to create a full track with the app: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcFuk4z-eUQ&t=1842s. The clip takes 35 minutes of your time and comes with chapter markers, so you (or your students) can get back to dedicated topics whenever required. The feature is on our list, and will hopefully not take too long until being ready. the update here semi breaks the master strip on the master bus btw, if you adjust the volumes of the master strip you wont be able to bring the bus's volume to max, it caps out at like 80% and you will need to remove the strip and re add it everytime you adjust something, kind of annoying because I have to tinker to sample things under the master strip and adding and removing the strip over and over takes up alot of time, the workflow overall since the update has added extra steps into everything wether its just changing controls on limiters or other uav3 plugins so many times it takes 5-8 presses to adjust a volume and I tend to need to keep opening and resetting plugins over and over kind of annoying but I dont want to pay for other daws so im stuck using this.
one thing that would be really nice if when you close or remove a plugin the sidebar stays closed instead of everytime I change something I have to click 10 different things over and over. idk why but when mixing a track there is like 500 extra presses and bad menuing going on and its come to be so annoying to me I am mentioning it here. if we can get the menuing sorted out to save us time I'll gift this app to everyone I know thanks alot regardless for the awesome app just wishing for smoother workflow routine and less reopening and closing the same items over and over.
