  • Love the simplicity!

    Really love the simplicity of the app! If I had a request for a future update, it would only be to allow an easy way to view database records. But it’s a great app - having easy access on my phone was a game changer for me

  • Can’t access the important info

    There is no way to access database information. We frequently use our customer database to access contact info, but you can’t do that with the phone app which makes it nearly obsolete. We need contact info on the go for sales and installations. This needs to get fixed.

  • Can’t login?

    Guys - I’m evaluating your software for a large scale use case at my company and was enthusiastic about your product until I downloaded the app and found I couldn’t log in. - I see that I’m not alone

    Now I have larger concerns about your overall reliability and QC processes. I can’t possibly recommend this as an overall BPM solution with this sort of basic issue on display.

    This is the sort of thing that is going to push us in the direction of Kissflow.
