Freezes
I get about 2 seconds of footage and then it freezes.

It doesn’t let me view it at all really on the IOS. I can see glimpses and that’s it no live view is available.

Seriously limited window divisions
window divisions or camera views programmed on the server do not come over to this iOS app, it is limited by a quad view. The Hik Connect app allows 16 cameras live simultaneous play. Hik Central only 4 at a time. Needs improvement.

Can not log in.
Wont let you log in. Just won’t move past login screen

I’ve just updated the HikCentral Pro app and when I open it, it only shows the HikVision logo. There is no way of logging in

Buggy update
The latest update breaks map view of all cameras. Once user presses on map icon, app crashes.
Please fix the login issue: there is impossible to be logged in on a few devices in parallel ???
List of great improvements:
1. Create a button for fast opening favorite door. Now to open the door for my guests, I need to launch app, choose appropriate door, wait while camera loads the view and only then open it.
2. Set order of cameras in favorite list.

Won’t work with latest update
Worked fine up until a few days ago. Now, when I try to add a person for access, it wont allow me to upload a photo (you cannot get the QR without this step). I deleted and reinstalled, and installed on my ipad, with the same problem. Please fix this software issue! It’s causing a lot of inconvenience. Thank you.

Great App - But Password Not Saving!
Been reported to me a few times by my customers that when ticking save password on the app it is not actually saving the password when the app is re-opened!
