My Order 1/18/2021 PM
I placed a Wingstop order with Patriot Delivery this evening. It arrived a few minutes after 10PM.
I had ordered a 10 piece Classic Wings with Garlic-Parmesan coating.
1 order of Fries
2 orders of Veggie Sticks (1 carrot, 1 celery)
2 Ranch Style Dip
6 Rolls
1 Coke
The wings weren’t fully cooked!!!
I was missing my order of fries and 1 Ranch Dip.
Aren’t the drivers supposed to check the order???
My order was not correct!!
I had it delivered to a hotel near Wingstop.
When I immediately tried to call Patriot Delivery they didn’t answer and their mailbox was conveniently FULL!

I think it’s great for when you don’t want to get out. BUT it always says my food will be here within an hour and ALWAYS, every time I use this app I get my food 2 HOURS later. That’s ridiculous. They don’t even place my order until about 30-40 minutes after I placed it on the app. That is the only thing they need to work on so far. That’s the only problem I have ever had.
