Really like this game, but my Irish Eyes aren’t smiling! I played the prior version till I reached 258. At that point I found F2P. I’ve now reached 300 in this version. I am stuck, not sure what to do to complete it. It appears there is no way to win 300 and move to 301. I’ve exhausted all resources at this level, many times. I’m disappointed that I can’t move on. Many levels have been nigh impossible to win, but I did. I am on day, maybe week one plus, and still no hopeful outlook. I don’t mind difficult, challenging, but impossible is way over my pay grade!

Really like this game. Initially I downloaded the Puzzle Gods, but the game didn’t work correctly. I checked the App Store and found the Puzzle Gods F2P and downloaded it. It seems like this game is an upgraded and corrected version of the prior one. Game has good premise, bright colors, cute graphics, interesting music. The game is enjoyable, up to a point. That point is where I believe the game was updated. In the older version, there were games that were impossible to “win”. The difficulty was extreme: *there were not enough chances in play, *there were too many caged/chained objects to match, *there were too many obstacles thrown in that eliminated the chance to match the objects, *there were too many obstacles to complete before trying to move to eliminate other obstacles within the game. The newer version is not easier, it still challenges, but there are still games that are not just hard or very hard, but just about impossible to complete. In the older game, I managed to get to 258 before I found the F2P version. Currently, I am stuck at 125, finding it impossible to complete. I am sure the games have been verified and checked for difficulty, but this game is much too convoluted for a win. I’m at a point of deleting the game. I have used the boosters and other helpful resources, but have yet to be able to complete the game. I really like this game, but I can’t justify spending time playing a game that’s impossible to win and move forward.

  • Need to innovate

It’s fine, but consider adding infinite lives as a standard feature. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but your game isn’t actually offering anything that I can’t just get from the billions of other match-3’s out there. I mean, the second I ran out of lives, my first impulse was to just close the game and load another match-3 that plays pretty-much the exact same way. If you gave me infinite lives, I might be more likely to spend money on extra stuff, because I would have one less reason to stop playing. Just a thought.

  • Ugh...would've been 3 or 4 stars

But I'm upset at what just happened right now that I had to write a review..anyways I know I beat level 128 and had extra moves left when it decided to exit out on its own and restart and made me restarted a level that was supposed to beaten.. Is this game rigged? Lol.. And why do we have to purchase a piggy bank? I played hard to earn these gold lol.. Also we should be able to watch at least 3-5videos to earn lives.. Not everybody has FB or want to make one just to get some lives...!!

  • Not too shabby

It’s a great game, the puzzles are a touch hard. It’s cute and fun to pass the time with. Needs achievements to become more engaging.
  • Frustrating

This game would be fun if the levels weren’t so hard to get through. I’m up for a challenge but I tried this game as a way to relax. I didn’t even get through Level 40 because it’s almost impossible to get through them without using powerups. Once they’re used, you’re going to play levels multiple times to get through. Earning gold bricks to get power ups doesn’t happen and I won’t be the one to purchase them. Too bad because the first 20 levels were nice, after that I decided many times I should delete it, which I finally did.

    Developer Response

Hi there, the levels in the game are well tested and carefully balanced, and they are beatable without using boosters / gold bars. Sure, some levels are more challenging than others, and these will take some time to beat, but if we made the game too easy lots of people would complain also, as it should be both challenging and fun. There is a lot of variation in difficulty throughout the game with hard levels being clearly marked as such (like Level 40). I think your review is a bit harsh given that the game was never advertised a relaxation tool. It is a puzzle game, and good puzzle games cannot be too easy. Thanks, Boon.
  • Who did the Music??

Seriously this game is so put together in so many ways. An absolute joy to play. But who did your music?!? I have to know! It's phenomenal!

P.S. Found a negligable defect: When an alarm goes off and you silence the alarm, the sound effects for the game resume but the music does not unless you switch screens and switch back.

    Still 5 Stars though!!!

  • So much fun!

So far so good! Entertaining and fun. As long as you don’t place a banner ad in the way, or hijack my gameplay by forcing me to watch an ad to continue, I’m a fan! 😎
