Best App for Goggins Audio Exercises
David Goggins says that the best way to overcome your greatest fears, personal hardships, or the comments of your haters is to record yourself saying those terrible things to yourself. Listen, I’m all about transparency and being real, but the thought of me accidentally sending a transcript of the worst things people have ever said about me, or my deep, dark secrets really unsettles me. So this app is perfect because the audio can’t be exported. Basically ALL other apps allow for export, which is an oversight for privacy diary/vault apps. Developer: thank you for the app! Please don’t add an export function ever— there are millions, and I mean millions of fanatic Goggins devotees that would love this app.
