  • App exits as soon as I open

    Today, I downloaded this app but it keeps on exiting on me as soon as I open and it’s very frustrating.

To help you to resolve the issue, please follow the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps:- 1) Please delete the installed Fastrack Reflex App 2) Install the latest Fastrack Reflex app from the app store 3) Enter your contact number 4) After entering the contact number Bluetooth Pairing request will come up on the screen. 5) If ignored or canceled, the notifications will not come onto the band although the band will show as paired. 6) If you have by mistake missed out on tapping 'Pair' here, you will need to go to Bluetooth settings and Forget the Device. Then you will need to pair it again from the start. Please do not miss tapping on the pair. 7) Make sure that you tap on Pair to allow for all notifications do come through. If the issue persists, even after performing the above-mentioned steps, please write to us at customer.support@coveiot.com and we will connect with you immediately on this. Thanks.
  • Notification

    There is no tab for notifications in the app. On the website you guys are showing that there is a notification tab on iOS but actually there is nothing. We can only revive notification for Calls and SMS and nothing else.

  • Improve Interface and bugs

    Please improve interface or i else i have to stop using the product itself.
    Problems:
    While surfing the settings, back button gets invisible. I have to restart the app.
    AUTO-HEART - which gives option to track whole day, never does in reality.
    FASTRACK is a reputed brand, please don’t degrade the services and quality.

  • Keeps crashing on iOS 13

    This app keeps crashing on iOS 13. I can’t even sync time forget about using other functionality. Please fix ASAP. The band is useless without this.

  • From ok to useless

    Sorry, but the new update won’t even open, so i have no real option other than to say it went from a functioning app to a useless app. It used to do what I needed it to do, as long as I wasn’t traveling. (It never did like time zone changes.) Can’t say that anymore.

  • Unknown error at app server try again after sometime

    I recently purchased and trying to setup and it is throwing error “unknown error at the app server please try again after sometime “. There is no way to proceed further or report this issue.

    1. Provide a way to report the issue in app
    2. Have a meaningful error for users
  • Notifications setting

    Please add notification setting in the app. It becomes very annoying and there is no way that you can change the setting. This was the reason I even stopped using the band and if I keep the Bluetooth off then it won’t store any data so it is totally useless. One more thing it does not track the sleep data also. Very disappointed with this product.
