What a joke
The app for my VAVA cams has been down for two months now. This means I have no way to view anything. Two months ago I was told they were having problems with their app. After waiting 60 day I emailed back and was told that my 12 month warranty is over. In short, this company is a complete JOKE and I am stuck with 3 camera and no app to view anything. The customer lack of service department is run by idiots. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM VAVA AGAIN. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.Show lessVAVA blows
This App Has Been Discontinued!!!!
I called the company that’s behind this app today, because I haven’t been able to look at a live view of my cameras for several weeks now. There’s been no word or anything from the developer about servers being down or that they were discontinuing support for their app either! I called today and one of the service reps told me that it’s been about a month since they got an update from the main office that said they weren’t gonna fix the app because of server issues and etc. The rep was nice and apologized but now I’m stuck with cameras that are useless because the app doesn’t work anymore and what’s worse is the company didn’t send out anything letting consumers know. So, VAVA Home is dead it seems with no foreseeable function on it in the future.Show lessTheAtomizer

I bought several cameras 2-3 years ago and the app suddenly stopped recognizing my email, deleting my account. I set up a new account with the same email but can’t link the cameras. I contacted customer support and they said my warranty expired so they can’t help me. They just shut down my account and told me it was the cameras. I’m beyond disappointed and bought Blink cameras to replace everything.Show lessWickBush
