It doesn’t do anything.
You can’t pre-book, you can’t top up online, you can’t import addresses into your satnav, it doesn’t give you a postcode for the car parks, it doesn’t tell you which car park to use for what city attraction, there’s no interactivity, no interface, no user engagement, you just simply cannot do anything at all with the app. It’s got no functionality. No purpose. No use. Whatsoever. No doubt some over-paid, short-working-hours, over-pensioned manager at the local council can say they’ve met their objective by producing an app thereby contributing to the general experience of visiting Lincoln. You’d hold Lincoln in higher regard by going home with the flu.
