Trip cancellation with novel air
I try to cancel my trip and get refund to get my money back since 23/6/21 and my flight to tunis return to London on 10/7/21
They haven't sent me information for that
For that I advised people not to book with novel air no longer .
As tunisa become in the red least .
They are taken their time .ibrahim azzabi
