Dysfunctional
The "resend fax" option does not work which is a problem because the testing sites are not receiving an authorization form & are refusing to let me test because of it - this is costing me time, money, and a lot of embarrassment having to leave work early or get there late multiple days in a row because of being turned away, not to mention a lot of anxiety. The testing sites hours are inaccurate/not updated - one location was completely closed which I only found out after driving 30 minutes to get there. So much anxiety and frustration. :-/Show lesscoltonjsmith
Great app but resolution needs to be updated
Face ID now works which is awesome but app still doesn’t fit the screen from edge to edge.IslandB

For such a limited functionality, the login times are incredibly slow. Takes a solid 3-4 minutes to just log in and click “check in”.
Not to mention the “check in time window” idea is so silly. You mean if I forget to do it early in the day then I have to fork out 60$ in some inflated BS drug test cost the next day? Yeah, real nice. Why not just alert me if I need to test that day?!
