Suntan Workout app will be your personal tan coach with a stopwatch. Just hit the start button and the voice instructions and/or sound alarms will guide you through the carefully calculated progression of tanning sessions, from short to longer ones. And don't forget your suntan lotion. HOW DOES IT WORK? A successful workout is only possible when you give your body the right amount exercise and rest. The same happens with your skin when you expose it to the sun and then give it time to rest in the shadow.
