What a terrible experience. Seller does not stand behind products. Product not as described and falling apart. Repackaged and simply wanted to return. Extremely difficult to get what were very unclear return instructions and when did, was informed of “restocking” fee and cost of shipping back to China almost as much as product. I also did not trust seller would refund. Put product in garbage and will never buy from this seller again. Awful service and product.Show lessYtr74

Total Fraud or Total Incompetence?
On or around November 11, 2021 I attempted to purchase an oximeter from this online store. When I tried to pay with a credit card, their website said it could not process this card and I should try another. Foolishly I tried another credit card and the same message came up. I discovered the next day they had charged both cards, and failed to send me notification of purchase with an order number, thus making it impossible for me to follow up on the purchase. Needless to say, after one month I have not received the item purchased nor any refund of my double payment nor any indication regarding my order. I leave the obvious conclusion to anyone who may read this review.Show lessPadlan

I bought a item that says it’s in stock but 2 days later they said it was out of stock offering me sum plastic item. Contacted them so many times they never responded, they even said respond asap and i did but i did not receive any messages and it’s been 2 weeks. Do not buy anything off of here!!Cursh63737

Company of thiefs!!! Never got my stuff, I’ve tried contacting them non stop for a refund no response from ANYWHERE and when I try to log in, all it says is invalid email..OH!! But it’s not an invalid email when they sending me they’re “good” fake deals! Stupid fake company stealing money from hard working people. SMDH! 😒😒Show lessMayre95
