How can it be THIS bad?!?!
I love this restaurant. I probably average eating here once or twice a week. But this app is absolute trash. When I tried to “sign up” I got a notice that a customer already exists with this phone number. When I tried to use my phone number, it said no such customer exists. Since I can no longer order online, I have to call it in each time or order at the window. That bad for me, and it involves more labor costs for FelFel. The app that alienated customers.
Most food service apps are designed to attract and retain customers who appreciate the convenience and added benefit of an app. This app, however, is unfortunately turning customers away as the once complete package of convenience is diminishing as this app fails to function. FelFel has the best Mediterranean food in the area, it’s a clean restaurant, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and practice good food service habits. My family and I love their meals and visit routinely.
I hope they get the app resolved soon. I drive about 30mins to visit FelFel and count on the app to order ahead.Show lessThe_Bake

Current version does not work
“Bad Connection” is a continuous error shown to the user when selecting a restaurant to order from. Generally using a development environment is preferred over pushing changes that break the app directly to production. Worst App I’ve Ever Used
Talk about glitchy - no back button, no way to apply coupons, not user friendly at all. I feel like a middle schooler was taught how to learn how to code in one month, and then this app was his final product.Marabellla
