Introducing the 2018 Stress Test Tool. Quickly find out the maximum loan you can qualify based on standard GDS/TDS and insurability settings for your unique scenario. Effective February 21, 2018 British Columbia Land Transfer Tax updates for home over $3 million. If the property is residential and more than $3 million, a further 2% is payable on the portion greater than $3 million. Also, in this update is the increase of Foreign Buyer Tax from 15% to 20%.
