Amazing, but...
This game is really great. But, I feel like it’s too easy because at the beginning of the game, the game spoonfeeds you free elite requests. This is kind of broken because when I used all of them, I got two 3 stars right off the bat. Because of this, I was able to speed through the beginning of the game not really facing any challenges. This would be a good thing for some people, but whenever I play a game, I want to feel challenged. Please don’t take any offense in my review. I’ll stop if you want

Perfect! But...
I love the app it’s everything you would want in it even if it doesn’t look like it but when it needs to update it doesn’t show in my updates it needs to so I have to restart a new game by deleting the app and redownloading it and it doesn’t remember my account so I have to go through everything all over again and it’s annoying.
(P.s I saw how someone had the same problem and it takes a moment to get to the app or something like that but it’s been 11hrs. Since it updated so that’s really slow)Show lessTamatoTractor
Found out what the problem was
The problem was that the day I lost Kaine there was a power outage and I was training my other troops and when I noticed my lights flickering I looked down at my phone and before I could stop it I tried to undo it but Kaine was sent as the troop used to train my captain and so yea I lost him but hey I still love the game and it’s hard and HELLA FUN developers sorry if I scared y’all about there being a glitch because on the day everything on the screen was being slow and I would support y’all when ever I can buy a iTunes card. And ps I love the character designs there so COOL with their own stories it’s like I’m playing a story based anime on my phone it’s AMASING!!!!Show lessKatamarie lover

Before I got this game, I saw multiple adverts for it and it caught my interest. I then decided to check it out myself since many people enjoy the game and I now know why. This game's simplicity is astounding!!! Its basically an awesome game of rock-paper-scissors!! For those ones that are in doubt for getting this game, trust and believe me when i say this might be one of THE BEST games you've ever played!! 😊

Good Everything!
At first I thought this game was going to be one of the kind of games that you just read a long story and that’s it. But when I downloaded it it was completely different. I started to play it to see what I was supposed to do and it was amazing and I mean AMAZING!!!! It just blew my mind away into another galaxy. I have played this game every single day since I downloaded it. I love it that much. I just want to say one thing to the creator(s) and testers and everyone that was involved in the making of this game. You guys are just amazing and outstanding at everything you do and you are so good at what you do that I have nothing bad to say about this game. It really is that good a game. I am so in love with this game! I’ve been playing for about a week or two, and I’ve already finished half the levels, which is more than I can say for most games! I figured this’d be a fun game I play sometimes in my free time, but I’m just obsessed with trying to uncover the whole story and get all the characters. I love the process of substories and small character introductions.
My first impression was that the art was cute, the fighting was easy to figure out and a blast to do, and that the story was fun. Every step of the way I’ve just fallen more in love with this game. The super quick levels are a blessing! I can just squeeze one in every now and then. Also, the fact that you hardly ever have to wait to do levels because you have so much gas in probably the reason I’m still playing.Show lessWolf love dragons

I gave this 5 stars and really it does deserve it, its a pretty well executed game, dead easy controls and a pretty simple layout, and all of that is nice, but my biggest point is the “heart” that was put in this game. You, “the captain” have choices and dialogue with each of the residents of the town, and even have dialogue with your “summoned” companions (however brief it is). There is a plot which is nice, yea be the top guy (cliche) is nice an all, but the story you get while playing is rewarding and personally makes me want to progress. Finally the artwork, i love the style (: credit to the artists for their hard work. Overall a pretty, well made game to play.Show lessZirodragus48
Disappointing changes
Edit: Within a week VS has proposed changes for the next patch which bring back elements of strategy and mitigate damage done last patch. This is further evidence that Blustone developers do listen to their app's Users and that the are invested to continue to improve Blustone for a long time.
This last patch took this game from a 5 star app with promising development to a state of not worth playing very long. Now they could listen to the outcry of users and make changes to right things, but as it stands Blustone needs some serious work to return to satisfying and rewarding play. To the devs, please read the feedback from players about this past patch and Fight Club changes going forward. I have hope for what is my favorite app game this year.Show lessWootwootdawg

Ive been playing this game for about 2 days now, and i can say with certainty that it is one of (if not the) best examples of what this rpg style does right.
To start, the more pronounced positives.
Game play and battles are VERY easy to get a hang of quickly, and the elements wheel (fire beats earth and that jazz) is literally rock-paper-scissors.
Ascending characters gives both boosts in stats, and abilities, and can really open up more possibilities of powerful combinations.
If you cant play, but want to be productive in game while you're doing something else, you can send your team on auto-win “dispatches” that let you more easily acquire necessary materials.
You actually have to WORK somewhat on your characters, and seeing them get stronger and more varied is very gratifying.
I have only seen ONE LOADING SCREEN, and that one takes 5 seconds and is on the title screen only.
Pronounced negatives.
The game will sometimes have trouble if you exit too quickly, or if dispatches are interrupted.
Not too many characters so far, but the ones there are pretty good and thankfully not too unoriginal.
Story mode is a linear path, but thankfully difficulty picks up around 80-90’s.
Seems like some aspects can be pay-to-win like.
Arena seems to have a few hackers, but that doesn't detract much from play.
All in all I think this is a brilliant game, made even more so by the fact that the devs are actively responding to users.Show lessBolt.

This game has great battle mechanics and a GREAT story, yes all those other stuff too. But THE PROFILE SETTINGS ARE JUST TERRIBLE. I repetitively try to change my profile pic over and over again, but when I open up my profile settings the profile pic appears white and after I change the pic, it's still white and hasn't changed.
Edit: Forgot to mention that when I go to my account, it says Nickname when my name is Jibakoma and instead of a profile pic there is nothing, but once again wonderful game and I wish you great success
Another edit: When I switch my character in a level the music stops playing.Show lessCat is no here!
