App crashes
Reviews dating back at least 2 years show the app crashes upon accessing the albums and photos. I recently purchased this camera and downloaded the app.
THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS! The development team clearly does not seem to want to fix the issue. I would recommend a different brand that at least has an application that works properly

Crashes. Return if you can.
The app doesn’t work. It crashes every time I hit the camera or album button. I bought this camera in 2019 and stopped trying to use it because it doesn’t work. Now 3 years later I pulled it out to see if I could get it working . Downloaded the app again and still having the same issues. This product is a rip off.

Fix the album feature
The camera works great but the app is horrible. I can’t access my photos digitally because every time I click to view the album the app crashes.
Album crashes
In the app when you click the album to view videos it crashes and just exits out of the app.
Album works in older IOS
I have an iPhone 8 with 14.2 and album crashes. I have older iPhone 5 with 12.5.1 and it works. It allows downloading of video and then can add to photos.
App keeps crashing.
Every time i try to use the photos selection on the album it crashes and i can’t use the app to view the things i’ve recorded/taken pictures of.
Albums don’t work/camera only sometimes connects
There is an option in app to view pictures, this just plain does not work. The app automatically crashes when you select it. I mainly bought this camera because they make it sound comparable to G•Pr•, that was my mistake. Unless this app is updated, which it won’t be judging by the last time it was, you will likely have to take the memory card out and transfer it to your device. Side note, the quality doesn’t look like 4K UHD to me... Also, you have to attempt to connect the camera multiple times even when you have the phone connected to the cameras WiFi. I just click connect like 20 times and eventually it connects. In other news, the app does have some decent settings like time lapse, slow mo, resolution, SD card storage, etc.

Albums doesn’t work
Really need to fix the efficiency with this app. I just bought the camera and it’s horrible.
App crashes
Whenever I try to go to albums the app crashes and I can’t see the pictures and videos I took only on the camera, it will connect to the app but if I try to start video or take photo from app it crashes
Who is going to help??
Just bought the camera and I love it but the app no where near connects with the camera so wth is going on someone please help the camera is good and it would be better with the app.
