This game has a very slow response time for support and has glitches that take away thousands of tickets earned and bumps you back levels in the game.technical heron
This game is purposely cheating players!
So, I realized that every 10,000 tickets can be converted to .10. I also realized that the game is “glitched” to stop said conversions. There’s always a message about the server being unable to connect and to try when I have a stronger connection. Even on the best of Wi-Fi, this message pops up. It also pops up when you attempt to bank your tickets instead of entering them all in the seemingly imaginary drawing. I’ve read other reviews and some say the same thing. It looks like the app developers are ignoring this which makes me think the “glitch” is intentional. Maybe I should just file a complaint with Apple.Show lessSheketra
Lost tickets
I just had over 27,000 tickets and the drawing wasn’t for another 24 hours and now my tickets are gone.. this is the first it’s happened I normally love the game. And now all the playing I’ve done is gone.. also the offers I’ve done for free tickets I’ve never gotten and I can’t do a support ticket cause it says I got them... but now my tickets just disappearedShow lessRwicked1

Fix the glitch!!!
I love the game also but same as other reviews. When I complete the game and should get more credits it stops during auto complete. Really wish you would fix that problem!!! Also too many pop up ads and also takes away from the bonus times. I think during the power ups the ads shouldn’t play.RealSpinner

Fun game, when you download and play other BT games you get more tickets, all tickets get combined from the different games.lucky_boomer

This game is a CHEAT!! It forces you to manually complete the hand manually because the auto complete freezes. Some games I finish better than others and come out with a lower score... how are these scores being determined? I’m just playing it when I get bored. Don't get your hopes up thinking you’d actually win something on one of these games.Show lessnfair96

The ads are too much, they pop up after almost every game; it’s frustrating that there is not break from them or no way to remove ads for a more enjoyable time playing the games.
It takes a long time to earn enough tickets just to make $1. If you’re expecting to make loads, it’s probably never going to happen.
I’ve had thousands of tickets and have never won the prize. I grow more sceptical of the game over time.
Although I enjoy playing for hours at a time, the game could use some upgrades.
Lags out a lot around the draw times, glitches to the point i can’t finish a winning game.
