We are approaching the final months of 2023 and while the year is ending, the work that the Smart Buddy team puts in to deliver the best experience for our users will always continue. Our latest version update includes the following on top of minor bug fixes: Enhanced watch paring/unpairing Users will now be able to have the flexibility to pair and unpair your Smart Buddy watch easily with a single tap. We heard your feedback to enhance our pairing function to allow parents to change or upgrade your child’s watch. What’s more, the data (e.g. steps, calories) from your old watch can be brought over to your new watch. Thank you once again for your constant support and kind feedback for us to improve and better our app. Have a wonderful rest of the year ahead!

Self-Service Watch Replacement: You can now submit watch replacement request via the app for faulty watches that are still within warranty period. Save the hassle and opt for delivery of new replacement watch directly to your house. 3. New Backup Email for parent profile to facilitate ease of account recovery 4. The ability to delete child profile(s) that you do not need or if created erroneously. Enabled real-time push notifications whenever your child spends on their registered card(s). Added information icons and disclaimers to better explain app features and calculations. Not to forget, minor fixes and performance improvements.
