Pocket ponds
So calming and soothing, especially the sound effects- the rippling water, the birdsong, the calls of geese flying overhead. It’s tempting to spend ( real) money rather than take the long slow route of breeding and selling to make Koins, but I am resisting after spending a few pounds.North v. South but better
No longer works
Apple updated IOS. Pocket Ponds started crashing. Now Pocket Ponds can’t be accessed. Constantly crashes so you can’t get into the app at all. Worthless. I’ve written multiple times but I never get an answer. Apple needs to start kicking apps with no support out of the store.Kiosa
Nibbles
My wife loves fish (aquariums, hatcheries, in ponds, in lakes, etc.) and finds this app (Pocket Ponds) fun and relaxing. Here’s what she told me:
I’m not big on in-app purchases and have plenty of patience, so I’m enjoying the daily gifts for slowly building up various points and things. Watching fish is relaxing, and since we don’t have space for an awuarium, I searched for an app and found this one.
My one disappointment is that it doesn’t take advantage of the iPhone haptics to allow a vibration when you let the fish nibble your finger.
It’s fun to breed the fish and see what the new ones look like, and I love that they get bigger over time. And I like how they get playful at times, flipping over and swimming faster and slower. I also like how you can see the algae (?) building up if you don’t clean the filter.
I look forward to eventually visiting other ponds, but mostly I just like watching, feeding, and playing with my fish.Show lessNathanIntense
They take your money and you get nothing!
I paid for a coin pack, the app glitches then crashes. I reload the app and no coins. Sent email and there is no response from this company. Will update if anything changes.Gamer4life504
App steals from you
Every time I try to buy Koins the app crashes once my purchase is confirmed, and when I reopen it my Koins are not there. Sent the developers a message a week ago and have received no reply.Spatialspan
Don’t buy coins
I was playing this game a few years ago and kinda liked it, so recently I decided to reinstall and replay it on my new iPad. Got to level six and decided to purchase some coins, mistake! Just as soon as the purchase went through the game crashed and won’t open back up and I’ve tried everything! I even turned off my device and tried to reopen it, and it still won’t. This is ridiculous! Way to steal money off of people, you outta be ashamed of yourselves! Fix your app!Show lessKrazyyKayla228

Want to like this game
I really want to love this game but it is not very user friendly. It wastes the koins so easily! I don’t even know how many I’ve tried just randomly fishing for koi. There needs to be a button for keeping the fish, not just for throwing it back because then you basically are throwing your koins away! Don’t waste your money on this game if you have. Hard to get coins
Hard to get coins and make progress. There should be more opportunities to get coins without having to spend money, or failing that, allow people to spend credits instead of coins when they want to add more items to their ponds. I think its very miserly of the people who made this to limit this .Hale Manoa
