This app has proven success in the earlier version in exactly locating the root cause, thereby improving first time rights, reducing the time& cost of repair. Bajaj D&T explains the logical approach to find out the root cause of a problem with step by step illustrations with Images, Audio and videos wherever required. Following are the features of this application - 1) Step by step procedure for troubleshooting 2) Exhaustive diagnostic information 3) Regular updates 4) Available in Multiple languages Based on the inputs received, following features are added – 1) New look and feel for better experience 2) Option of downloading information with or without images (text only) 3) Feedback option in application 4) Search option for quick access Note: - During first time installation, Users need to create User ID by clicking on “Register”.
