  • No funciona correctamente

    No puedo ver consumos dentro del mes, y frequentemente el App cierre sólo.
  • Pésimo servicio

    La tarifa eléctrica es absurdamente altísima, y más aun lo es la cuota fija mensual. El método de tener dos sistemas de cobro (uno para recargar y otro para la cuota fija mensual) es muy confuso para el cliente extranjero que está acostumbrado a pagar solo una factura por compañía de servicio. No envían correos de cobro por la cuota fija mensual. Yo me enteré sobre esa cuota un año después, cuando me llega un aviso de desconexión por deuda acumulada. El servicio al cliente en la oficina es lentísimo. En pocas palabras, CEPM es una enorme decepción.

  • Very immature, poorly designed app

    I have lived in various countries around the world and I have seen some poorly designed apps. This app is right up there as one of the worst apps I have ever encountered. First, if you don’t read Spanish you’re going to be using a translation app a lot, as there is no option to use the app in your native language. Given the large population of English speaking ex-pats as well as, those from Germany and Russia, you would think CEPM would add the ability to use the app in more than one language.

    Second, verifying your credit/debit card through the app is difficult. CEPM sends the verification transactions in DOP which, if you’re using a bank account in the DR is ok. If you’re using a foreign bank however, you’re stuck guessing what exchange rate was used as the deposits are made in your home currency.

    Add to that the fact your credit/debit card must be verified on every device rather than just the account and you’re stuck having to scour bank statements from years past looking for the verification deposits then trying to figure what exchange rate was used.

    Navigating the app is not easy. The app is not very intuitive or user friendly. I could go on but there is so much wrong with this app, I’d be writing for at least an hour.

    This app needs a serious update to fix the many flaws, some of which have existed for years, according to other users.

    Sadly, the only option to using the app is the poorly designed and barely functional website. But that’s a whole other critique….

  • Faulty validation design

    It is impossible to validate a credit card from a bank outside DR. The validation amount that the app sends is in DOP and the charge we receive here in the US is in USD. When are they going to match? 👎
  • Frustrating

    Once you log in, each attempt to view your balance or amount of electricity used etc…, there is an error message!

    La aplicación de AppStore de iPhone está dañada y se cierra sola tengo 3 Meses intentando usarla ver mis balances y facturas y no he podido
  • Doesn’t work

    Every time when I’m trying to open my history of payments the app is just close and doing this all the time for 7 years and nobody cares.Yes 7 years same problem
