Nothing better
The app is fantastic. I’ve used many other podcast players and this is the best. Better than Overcast, iOS podcaster, Castro, etc etc. Easy to manage playlist, favourites, subscribed lists etc.
Tried all free podcast apps
I tried as many free podcast apps that I could find and like this one the best. On the android market there were a ton of simple and easy to use podcast apps but when I moved to iPhone I found that most of them are overly complicated or not intuitive. This app is on the verge of having too many features but stops just short. Glad I found it, I was afraid that I’d have to go back to the Apple podcast app. Bleh

Journey to find a better podcast app
I’ve tried them all from the Native Apple app to top rated Overcast.
OK Procast isn’t perfect, for instance ...
No matter how many times I delete or move a new episode from the inbox to the playlist some just keep showing up in the inbox. Sometimes Ive already listened to it and don’t realize it’s a duplicate until I’m a few minutes into it again.
I was able to cut but not share to FaceBook.
These two obstacles are minimal so they didn’t dent my rating.
Things I love so far ...
Dark theme - aesthetics.
Swiping enabled
I found loads of new podcasts that weren’t readily available or promoted on my last app.
A simple tutorial that’s right there in the settings.
Transferred most of my 80-some podcasts from my last app. I had to resubscribe to a few but not many. That was easy.
It’s simple enough yet robust enough to satisfy my voracious podcasting needs and looks great.
I haven’t had time to try all of the features since I’ve only been using it a few days but I’ll update my review if something comes up. Deleting Overcast today.

Pretty Good
The ability to search within an individual podcast for a certain phrase or topic is top notch, just needs the ability to have a podcast episode end at the end instead of playing the next podcast when in playlist mode! Maybe the developer can look into this...
