Love the app but I don’t know why I have number 1 next to the app.

Periodically, the app just stops working and will not open the box where my package has been placed. That’s kind of a big deal. No one knows how to solve it. They’re mystified. Utterly. Completely.

Doesn’t consistently work
When it works it’s great however more often than not it doesn’t work when trying to collect my packages and I just have to enter the pick up code manually
Regarding package
Can’t open up poker been down for days and my stuff in there can’t get out until fixed

I love this app, but
Although, it is so convenient to get my packages in a more secure way these days, the app isn’t as easy. It has bugs that need to be fixed. It never tells me I have packages unless I open the app. It isn’t convenient anymore when I don’t know I’m getting a package, and the packages sits there for days.

I had two (2) packages, one for FedEx and another for USPS. FedEx notification and item received with no problem.
There has been no notification for my USPS post office shipment. I need my package that is still in Pods 1 at my apartment. Please fix. This item is valuable and I need it today.
