Banned Crickets

This has been my experience… loved the game, had worked up to over level 100 (which takes quite a bit of loyal dedication, time, and planning on your farm), had a great co-op with helpful friends working together. Then one day I open the app, ready to show my farm some love and up pops a window that says “this account has been banned. Contact support .” Banned? I assumed this was some type of glitch as I had just recently updated the app and things like that can happen. I waited and tried. Still banned. I have not the faintest idea why. And apparently support doesn’t either. I contacted support and provided screenshots of the messages launching on startup of the app. It’s been over two weeks… and well, crickets. No response. I have replied to the help ticket (as suggested in the confirmation of the first message) two times with more info and nothing. Just the lonely sound of crickets on a farm that doesn’t exist anymore. So, if you decide to play, don’t get too attached. One day, you might find yourself ghosted colder than your least favorite ex ever did to you.

Help

Normally love game. No complaints. Well one. Support highly ineffective when game goes down or won’t load. Currently. Game not loading. No recent update available. I’m sure just a glitch. However this is only way to flag problem.

Game loading now. Was loading the same day. However, still has dreadful Customer Support. Non existent with exception of this review.

Shocking

The game is good until the developers do an update and then all hell breaks loose because EVERY single time, without fail there are issues!!!!
An update happened two days ago and I still can’t get on. It is an absolute joke!!!
The amount of times I have been unable to complete events, tasks, tree of life, boat…. The list goes on, so much time invested and yet the developers only seem to be interested in making sure the ads work properly- which is also another major downfall of the game, there’s more ads than free to air TV!!

Don’t update unless you know the update works!!!! Sort your game out!?!

Serious bugs

The game has been fun but it has a lot of bugs. It constantly needs to reload. It often says it’s a connection problem when it’s not. Other platforms work when this one doesn’t. Recently the game does not show profile info. Coins are misusing and dollar amounts, happiness, workers, etc., come and go. It is fun and a great way to enjoy building with incentives but the problems begin to outweigh the fun and purpose after a while, sadly. I hope it gets fixed because it could otherwise be a great game — and I don’t like to game much at all, so this one had me hooked until it all kept bugging out, worse and worse. It got bad after a joined a co-op. Maybe coincidental but an observation, nonetheless.

Game Updates are Important

I failed to update the game since I started to play and thought I wasn’t getting my prizes. After guidance from support, I updated and shortly thereafter, about 2 days later, I received everything I ever won playing the game. I apologized to support for getting so worked up, and it all worked out!
