This app allows easy, quick access to my account and most important of all, it takes me straight to the catalog where I can place a hold for pickup in a matter of seconds. Unlike some other reviews, I’ve had no issues staying logged in. If you frequent the library, you NEED this app!Chaributl

Great but.....
I have used the app for a year or so and always loved it, but in the last three months it has suddenly become unable to remember that I have signed in. I have to enter my full card number and pin EVERY TIME I try to use it. Makes the app worthless.Gray nerd

Not sure about the new app
I logged in just fine but when I want to choose a pickup library it's only giving me the option of the Fultondale Library. I really only go to Homewood Library so this is a problem. I checked again on July 9th, 2017 and the problem still isn't fixed. Go back to the other app if you don't want to fix this one.Show lessJazzi83

Unable to use
The app will not allow me to log into my account. Upon entering my credentials I'm given a dialog box saying "Sorry something went wrong: unauthorized". Can log in via the website and Hoover's library app without issue. Hope this is resolved soon as the app is useless, to me at least, without account access.Show lessjrnymn
