Dear customer, we don't charge anything, all the charges and billing procedures are run by Apple. And we don't have any lessons in the app. There are games in it. Are you sure you're writing about the right app?Sound
Why is there no sound at all on this app? My daughter is 2 1/2, she loves to do the puzzles but it would be nice if there was sound so she could hear what the animals are called or whatever else is there for the games.Momalove2976

Dear Lbroillet, it is not us, the developer, who lets or does not let you unsubscribe. Subscription is handled by Apple only and in all the apps in the same way. To unsubscribe go to your Apple ID, then Manage subscriptions. This is where you can unsubscribe from Smart Grow as well as any other app. Hope that helps. Thank you!Pointless

We're sorry you're disappointed but we don't even mean to pretend the app is free to use. 16 current games are subscription based for quite a modest price with a 3-day trial period. Also before subscribing your kid can play 5 times any of the games. Hope it's understandable that it takes time and money to create real valued things especially for kids.
