Thanks for reaching out, and for your feedback. Our previous app did not host promotions. The contests you enter are hosted on our website, to which the app gives access as a benefit to our listeners. The contest application form on the websites has recently changed in that the form no longer auto fills and you must provide security verification to enter a ballot. This change was made due to hammering of our servers from visitors rapid-fire entering ballots, causing the system to crash, leaving it so no one could enter. We would appreciate your consideration in changing your review of this app as the issue you site is actually occurring on our mobile website and not in the app itself.
