Crashing

After reregistering wit a CMB employee it all worked. After a few days the widget stopped working. Every time I try to set it up again the app crashes. The app also keeps crashing trying to do a transfer. Shame that CMB not seems able to build a stable secure app.

Missing information in joint accounts

I have a joint account wit my spouse. We each have our login. When my spouse creates a transfer template, these are not visible for me. Active transfers created by my spouse do not show on my app; this may lead to overdrafts!

Very poorly made

Constantly having to call their customer service and jump through hoops and hurdles to use the app properly

We are happy to tell you that it will be possible to copy/paste the e-Code as of the next upcoming update.

No support for business banking

The app only works for non business accounts. Business users are stuck with the website or the old useless app. Total disappointment

User’s perceptive

I’ve been using the app since the start of its launch and its been good but it definitely needs a ‘freshen up’. The exchange rate page for example needs some improvements.

Challenge

After I put my user name this app ask me for the password and a challenge, I don’t even know what am I suppose tu fill in there, in the page on the browser it doesn’t ask me for that “challege” but it do in the app.
