Improvement Necessary
There are positives about the app such as delivering notifications, updates and recommendations smoothly and concisely. The downsides drag the experience into the “Poor” range. These are: no landscape mode; video begins then stops abruptly, requiring multiple touches on the play button to get through it; the offering of a tool for this high-level, high-dollar service that is substandard with apparent lack of attention to improving the app; customer service is poor; the service and the developer are seemingly unresponsive or very slow to act on the feedback offered.

Solid
Was cautious after reading old reviews, but new redesign (at least for iOS) is solid. Fingerprint login, easy access to recent issues, push notifications for actionable trades. Not a lot of frills, but has everything it needs.
Would be a 5-Star Review if....
I really like the new app....my only issue is that the app does not rotate into landscape mode which makes it useless when using my iPad with a keyboard. And when not using the keyboard would still love to be able to rotate so that I can see the charts larger. Other than that, great job.
Like the updated app
Like the new and expanded app. Only problem that I am having is that the view will not rotate to landscape view. This makes it harder to see the chart details being shared.
App does NOT work at all
I just signed up today for the breakout alert only to be instructed by customer service to download Jeff’s app, so can you imagine my schocked to learn that the app is totally non-functional as in: there isn’t a single thing on the app that works at all. Not a good first step I sure hope with all my heart that this is not a sign of things to come. Somebody please fix this thing this is not cool at all.

Hope you add Breakout alerts to app to those who signed up
Needs a lot of work
One of the worse mobile finance apps I’ve ever used. With all that Jeff takes in from the $2000 subscription, you’d think that the app would have hit it is out of the park. Big issues include, constant logging itself out which forces you to always log back in. If that wasn’t bad enough, it does not support Touch ID. Also, missing many common navigation and browser functions. Icing on the cake is lousy customer support. Called multiple times but was put on hold indefinitely. Stand clear.....

Easy and convenient
It’s nice to get Jeff’s updates throughout the trading day. The app is simple to use and has everything I need. It is nice to not have to go to the website to access his content.
Very disappointing
App keeps signing me out then won’t recognize my sign in credentials. Customer support is not helpful or responsive. Jeff’s recommendations are solid but the software he uses is not.
Great Info but horrible App Login
No "Touch ID"? We need instant access for options trading, not constantly entering login credentials.
All of my other financial accounts have Touch ID or remembered user name and password.
Tip: download the app to provide notifications, then access Jeff Clark Delta from Safari for instant access. I avoid using the app directly, for me it is only a sentinel!
UPDATE Oct 2017: writing them to comment, complain, suggest ideas — falls on deaf ears. Probably the worst financial app but delivering vital updates from Jeff.
