Horrible app
This app is terrible. I can’t tell you how many times I will get a notification saying my son’s bus is delayed and it was actually on time. Not only was it on time, but he had been home for an hour already. Completely unreliable for bus updates.
User Interface issues
1) When selecting the bus routes to monitor, the app displays a scrollable list of routes to select from. However, for longer lists, a persistent keyboard display covers the more distant items in the list and prevents the user from selecting them. This appears to be a bug in the code.
2) Although a user can manually enter the code name of a bus route (assuming he/she knows it), it’s not obvious how to do this. Apparently one needs to tap a line of text above the scrollable list – a text line that looks more like a header for the list than a button to be clicked.
It looks like this app was not properly tested on typical users.

Stopped working
Even though the newer version says it’s fixed the error it hasn’t. Opening the app it says “failure to load notifications” and nothing works afterwards
It has one job to do
It is supposed to send you a notification when a bus is late. It doesn’t. It shows you a late bus if you open the app, but zero notifications are sent.

Garbage!
Not helpful, it is suppose to notify us regarding bus delays but the notification is way delayed. Kids are already waiting at the bus stop for more than 10minutes of the scheduled time but still no notification. Wth!
Stopped Working
I’ve deleted and reloaded the app numerous times and I constantly just get an error message. It used to work great, but now it’s unusable and I never know when there is a delay or a cancellation. I hope they get this fixed before winter as we’re on a rural route and it would be good to know the status of the bus.
