Pathetic and worst service
It is really a bad experience to use this service and talk to their customer service staff. It is no doubt the worst option to send money to abroad. It is about 11 days and money has not been transferred yet. I tried calling their staff several times and they have no idea what they are doing. I tried three different numbers and all were equally incapable and unprofessional. Now I’m trying to refund money but seems it will take months if it ever happen.
I advise against it. Just search something and avoid this crap service
