Can’t Win
I have been doing Perx for about 2 months now and I haven’t gotten a single reward except for two CVS gift cards that I got for free when I started. Can you please make it easier to get a reward. Thanks.TBNRfragz7
Feel like I wasted time...
Update: My account was restored. I decided to raise my stars because the app is actually helpful and it has encouraged me to keep taking my meds and drops which I struggled with before. There were bumps, but I’ll keep using.
Well.. I was enjoying the reminders and having a goal and earning gift cards until my account was magically deleted without warning. It wants me to recreate a profile, but I don’t think I will be using this anymore because I don’t want to waste effort on this reminder service when my phones reminders works just as well and won’t magically delete your reminders.
I added my work routine and had it syncing my heart rate and weight and everything! So much wasted effort -3-

Hi Tori, Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with the app. The good news is that your account wasn't deleted it is still very much alive and well. There was a bug that was preventing some users from logging into the app which has now been resolved. Please feel free to log back into the app and start using those gift cards!
