They tell you that is a free trial but they will charge 38 dollars and it’s thought to cancel since the app won’t allow you to right now I’m dealing with my debit card provider so they can cancel or return the paymentsidndidnbee

This vpn seemed great until I changed to a longer term monthly subscription and it stopped working. Their support couldn’t help and I was left without refund and without access to a vpn (I couldn’t connect for whatever reason). I honestly wish I would have paid a few more dollars for a better vpn because I wouldn’t be out even more money now.DoubkeA
Will not Authenticate
Worked great at first. Now, all it does is flash "User Authenticate failure". The Service is useless for me currently. I get the same message on my MAC. I have emailed the developer several times to help fix the issue, no response. So basically, I'm paying for a service that is useless.
