What Onboarding?
Tried 3 different devices on 3 different networks with latest iOS and trying to create an account returns “check your internet connection”. I have 300mbps connection and can submit this review with same device and connection.dougbassett

Can’t sign up
Hi, I’m trying to sign up but I keep getting the check your internet connection. Every other app works, so I’m not sure why that message is coming up. Please help.Seeking assistance

After a few hiccups, works well
I couldn’t immediately figure out how to edit the behaviors. Also had some issues creating the account and logging in. But now I think I’ve got it. Good app.janeaniebeanie
Does not allow password reset
The app worked great up until my child accidentally logged out. I could not remember the password and tried to use the “forgot password” feature to reset it. I was never sent an email to reset it. Also, I tried to email the developer but received no response. It’s unfortunate because we actually really liked the app. I guess we have to find something else now since this app provides no support.Show lessNCMom61
You need to download 2 apps to use this
Having the 2 separate apps is a pain and I couldn’t get past the setting up your children phase. I entered their info and after it saved and i attempted to assign points it lost the info on my kids and just took me back to the screen to add more children. I tried logging into the kids Accra and it just kept saying invalid login so after wasting 10 mins I give up.Show lessnotimeforthisMom
Ad overload
Fairly straightforward to use app. However, every other keystroke redirected you to an ad! Nothing could be more frustrating! Plus! Didn’t love the two separate apps that I had to download - adult and kids version :/Susann V
