A good game, a unique story
This was a good read on its own, and I enjoyed the “choose your own adventure” style play. Even the “bad guys” are well thought out characters with understandable motivations. Looking forward to the next book/game!
Amazing quality for a free app!
I love how there is no one right way to go in the story. The story shifts PoV from one character to the next, which surprisingly makes the world it is set in seem more immersive. The “right” choices you should be choosing are based off of the character you’re playing, what what their morals are.
As for the story and world itself, it is not entirely original feeling, but the way it is carried out makes it feel quite fresh, compared to other interactive stories. A common problem among interactive stories is that they make the reader feel like the area they are in is the only part of the world. Paladins does not have that problem. From chapter one, the story gives you a sense of adventure, and that there is much more to explore in the game. The world is interesting, and I look forward to finishing the game.
I’m only on chapter 4, but I am super excited to continue on with the story. I will definitely recommend this to friends.

Very enjoyable
I very rarely leave reviews, but I am truly enjoying this game. Good story and role playing. Have to remember what character you are playing despite how you might feel. Pretty cool and fun I would highly recommend it
Really draws you in
This game is very well written, and really offers you a good chance to read a good tale and play a role. Would recommend.

It lacks a certain something - feels like the strategic end of the system is a bit too simple and lacks replayability. But it's definitely fun the first time.

Can't put it down.
Been a fan of David since I read he's Paladin series and then went on to The half orc Brothers. The game is making the choices you think the characters would make in the book. I love it so far, and would love to see it turn in an even bigger game.
A worthy entry for Delight Games
As a supporter of Delight Games I can say this is one of there most ambitious projects, taking an existing novel and turning it in to a choice-driven narrative. This is the first of many more books like this and it's seriously worth the money to purchase the rest. Highly recommended.
