Bluetooth connected to Thor S in settings of iPhone 7 Plus, but app fails to recognize Bluetooth connection even though iPhone is latest operating system. Feedback within App fails too. Figures....ooo I C E M A N
Get Bluetooth working
Just got this watch and I checked out reviews for it before purchasing. But apparently I should have done even more research on the app because the Bluetooth doesn’t work on app and won’t connect my phone correctly to watch so nothing is synchronized. Hopefully someone will fix this issue.King Slap Happy

Connection issue
Although the watch and phone will connect via Bluetooth, the app will not connect to the watch, either on iPad or iPhone just continual searching, sometimes the start button does not accept an input so won’t even start searching for the watch. Help please!KEVUK1010

Poor experience
The watch doesn’t work properly and the app crashes every so often. I’d not suggest anyone to invest in this productkamiaslam
