Inefficient
Worst 2 factor authentication app I have used. Cannot accept request from phone Lock Screen, and even worse every time I open the app it asks me to activate Bluetooth even though it doesn’t need Bluetooth.
Apple Watch works half the time
The Apple Watch notification only works sometimes. The rest of the app is great.
Great response time
When I reviewed about Too much biometric scanning (about 3 times within a minute). They had an update about a week later with a fix. This is fantastic!
Octopus Authenticator watch app needs improvement
The Apple Watch component doesn’t work nearly as well as its Duo counterpart. The screen is stuck indefinitely at “Loading…”
To complete the unlocking sequence, must manually launch the Authenticator Watch app before the prompt is presented to accept or reject the connection request. This needs to be fixed.

Too much biometric scanning
When I log in remotely at work I must authenticate 3 times within a minute. for some reason, this app forces me to do facial recognition all three times even though they are within a minute. it would be nice if you would set a time limit were facial recognition isn’t necessary if it was recently done. This way I wouldn’t need to angle the phone just perfectly so it picks up my face every single time.

Apple Watch app does not work
The Apple Watch app does not work for the sole purpose of the app
Clicking notification does not open app
Not sure why I have to have notifications on when I always have to manually open the app anyway.
Major Inconvenience
This app is just another useless attempt at digital security. As usual all this does is make more tedious.
Keeps demanding Bluetooth access
No one downloads this unless it’s a corporate mandate, but every time I use it it requests access to my Bluetooth. There’s no reason it needs this.
Unreliable with Apple Watch
Get the notification on the watch but then still have to use the phone most of the time to unlock the PC.
