Then once finding sign up online it says you have to pay for the app. Disappointed.
Lets not be TOO positive.
Stop advertising as free and do disclose that there are in app purchases to be made.
All this sunshine-y positivity doesn’t make me happy.

Old review: App won't open! No email response! Can't login because says it doesn't recognize account. I was charged. My CC says I have an account- but I can't get any help? I emailed 2 times and got nothing. Hate to complain but really frustrated when something isn't what it says!

Upon downloading there is no information or instruction just a login.
I had to google Oily Manager app in order to gong out you had to pay a subscription.
It is kind of misleading to not indicate this in the app info. More annoying there is no info on the app once downloaded.
I’m new to EO so I was excited about all the good reviews. At the end of the day I should have just gone with EO Bar since I follow Jen O’Sullivan.
I would not recommend this to anyone unless they update info. I’m pretty sure it’s a good app just a little misleading.
So disclaimer this may be a good app overall, I just wouldn’t know because the app is not clear.

Very useful and user friendly
I have stored hundreds of recipes that I can pull up in an instant to use myself or share with my team.
I have my entire inventory stored so I never accidentally order a product I have on hand.
I keep a running list of items I need to add to my essential rewards order every month.
The list goes on and on of all the ways I use this app daily! It is amazing ❤️
Completely misleading
FIRST: they are not up front that there IS a cost to use this app.
SECOND: if you look at all the positive reviews and just download the app then open it you are stuck with NO information whatsoever how to get it set up so you can use it.
THIRD: even though they are now aware of the confusion they STILL have not cleared up the confusion by updating the information on the App Store so that it is clear that there IS a cost to use the app.
FOURTH: All of the responses to the negative reviews are the same like they were copied and pasted with one option: email them. Still no mention of a fee.
It appears to be an amazing app but after all this confusion and seeing that there has STILL been no clarification added to the description in the App Store I am completely disappointed and completely turned off.
I probably would have bought it if it was clear up front and not misleading and if the response had been more sincere and informative.
PLEASE just be up front and honest. What is so hard about that?

Oily Manager is extremely active all over social media, there are no surprises to anyone anywhere. Once the app is installed and downloaded, each member receives an email with specific instructions on where to join our social media group where we have extensive step by step instructions. Besides that, we have always received feedback from our members on how easy and intuitive Oily Manager is to use. We ask members to email us as that is the proper way to communicate with members. The reviews are not a place for that. We take pride in our customer service and if you take the time to actually be involved in our member group, you would easily see that.
