Best calculator app for iPhone

This is by far the best calculator app I have found for IPhone. The ability to navigate your cursor to anywhere in a complex equation quickly and easily is so useful!

Brilliant app

I’ve been using this app along side my uni course (DipHE in Engineering) and it’s very helpful for home studying. The only thing the app lacks is a function to control where the flashing line goes if you want to change the equation. If that makes sense?

Apart from that it does everything I need it to.

Great Reliable Calculator

I am a stem student. I often forget my SCI calculator at home. This program saved me more than once, good straightforward design. Looks nice, works great, mimics the real calculator!

Good but nags

There’s nothing wrong with the calculator itself, I use it daily.

The problem is that a pop up appears every now and then when you switch to the app. It happens far too often, doesn’t stop even if you send feedback and breaks my train of thought/flow every time.

It’s enough of a problem that I’m looking for an alternative calculator now, which is a shame because that’s the only problem with this one.

No longer works

Was a really good calculator until around fall 2022. Now February 2023, and still broken, so the devs aren't maintaining it anymore.

Thanks for the feedback. We've managed to fix this, and the calculator is working as before now. Sorry for the delay! We are maintaining this app and planning to launch a completely revamped version in the coupling months, called NSC 2.0.

Math error

I had this app on my old phone for almost 2 years. It worked brilliant. I installed it the other day on my new one and no matter what i type, it just says math error. I havent done anything different, the settings are all the same. The one on the old phone still works but i would like to have it on the news one as well.

Not working anymore

App worked really well until recently; I keep getting “Math Error” like the other reviewer.

NSC Plus No Longer Works

Been using NSC Plus for years and it worked great. Now it says math error no matter what I type.
