This ap I thought that would be helpful. It is not. It doesn’t seem to capture info consistently and when one switches between apps, it stops working. I can’t get it to connect with my ihealth ap either. Oh well.
  • Worst app I’ve seen yet

It only displays in landscape on the phone cutting off options. So if there is an option to sync to HealthKit it’s there’s no way to get to it. If there is no HealthKit option what’s the point of this dreadful thing.
  • Disconnect

Will not stay connected to my phone since update. Initially connects, I can enter settings etc. I then hit start in app and the screen freezes. I then hit start on the treadmill and after the warm up, the phone says disconnected. Please correct this issue!
  • Your app needs huge improvement

Does not share with other apps even though says it does. Does not save user profile even though says it’s saved. One of the reasons I bought this elliptical was because I could export my workout info to Fitbit, what a joke. I am not happy.
  • Does not work with health kit

Does not register with health it as a data source and the exit button does nothing.
  • Stuck with frozen screen

Hi used the app once and liked it. Then message screen froze. Pressing the close button does nothing. So app now will not work at all. Hope someone can tell me how to fix it.
  • Uh 😯 what?

So I speak da English okee?
So why won’t it stay in English?
    Very frustrating!
So essentially it’s the same as the treadmill, but you can store the history. That’s the only difference, which is a good feature. I use a different app that won’t track treadmill runs, so at least I’ll be able to use this. Kind of thought if ya spend over $1,500 on a treadmill, you should at least get a bit more techie data??
With all the trinkets and gadgets out there, this is like comparing high school to kindergarten, no offense to either grade👀.

  • Almost

I’ve got a spirit xt385 on rental and this app was part of the purchase criteria.

The evaluation of this app and the treadmill will determine if I keep it. The rental is costing $13.20 per day so it’s not the biggest hill to climb but it’s important that they work.

    So dear dev team
    1. Update it or pull it from the store. Don’t think that because you only got paid x that a poorly performing app won’t follow you and burn you later.
    2. Would it be too much to ask that the function of logging in works or fails gracefully.
    3. Where is the HealthKit support ?

    Dear product owner

    1. if you don’t fix it then the #fail will follow your career.
    2. I quite like it but it’s not robust.

    Dear reader
Check back when there’s an update. The treadmill is quite good and has the magic of folding up with the strength we need so it’s good I’d say 85/100
The engineering seems ok and the Taiwanese build is better than others.
Fit and finish could be better

    Best
    1. Design
    2. Folding
    3. Quality

    Worst
    1. The builtin fan is just a fail. It works but it’s based on some tiny unbalanced pc style fans and will clog up and as there no filter it will blow dust in your face
    2. More money spent on spirit name plates than on the app.

  • XS85

I thought the app would preform much better than it does; especially due to the price of the cardio machine. The information does not record accurately from the machine to the app profile.
Is there plans to update this error in the app soon? I’d like to track my progress
  • Terrible

Like the treadmill, hate this app. For what you pay for the treadmill this app is bad. The data is not even close to actual. After a run where the max speed I set was 6.5 it will tell me I averaged 24 mph. ??? On the treadmill it will say I burned 300 calories but the app says zero. The pace is all over the board. Nothing makes sense. Don’t waste your time with this app. Very disappointed.
